November has been a busy month!
33rd Ward voters made our demands for investments in public mental health care clear this Election Day, with over 90% of us voting YES in support of the Treatment Not Trauma referendum.
33WF members have also collected thousands of signatures to get Ald. Rodriguez and mayoral candidate Brandon Johnson on the ballot, and we're developing ideas for 33rd Ward Participatory Budgeting.
Due to Thanksgiving, we're moving our monthly 33WF meeting to this weekend to make sure we have a chance to discuss these important projects. Join us this Sunday, November 20, at 11:30 am to hear updates and vote in our final endorsement process for aldermanic and ECPS candidates.
