Thank you to all who have helped and donated! Please see our updated grocery donation and pickup hours.

All this week, we're hosting a grocery drop-off and pick-up with our friends in Brave Space Alliance at our office at 3248 W Montrose.

We have boxed and canned goods, toiletries and hygiene items, diapers and baby and infant care products, juice and bottled water, snacks, and prepared lunches. Groceries are free to those who need them.

The office is open Monday through Friday from noon to 5 pm.

We can also use volunteers; if you're able to help, please sign up with a note that you're interested in helping with food distribution!

We are happy to accept items including:

• Canned vegetables/fruit

• Canned and dried beans

• Tortillas

• Rice

• Prepared, non-perishable meals

• Bread

• Pasta and pasta sauce

• Juice/Sports drinks

• Granola bars

• All types of snacks

• Cereal

• Oatmeal

• Pop Tarts

• Coffee and tea

• Masks (single use and reusable)

• Hand sanitizer

• Hand soap

• Rubbing alcohol

• Toilet paper

• Paper towels

• Dish soap

• Laundry detergent

• Toothpaste and toothbrushes

• Deodorant

• Pads

• Baby wipes

• Diapers **Especially sizes 4-6** and pull-ups

Note on perishable goods: We are not able to refrigerate items but are happy to accept fresh fruits and vegetables, milk, eggs, and other goods on Wednesdays and Fridays so that we can distribute them same-day.

At this time, we have sufficient supplies and do not need further donations of:

• Tampons

• Gauze

• Band-aids
